NCM Compliance Report page is blank

HI,

Right after the Solarwinds upgrade on 2025.1, NCM Compliance report page only for default admin user account is not showing, showing the blank page only. While all the other user accounts have no issue.

Although Manage policy report and NCM settings pages are working fine.

is there anyone who can help to sort out the issue?

There are some known issues with NCM in 2025.1. Take a look at the resolution in this article. It does require a query to be executed on the database to fix it.
