Polling IP address for node keeps reverting back to the original?

I am trying to change the polling IP address for a couple of nodes (servers) in Solarwinds SAM, when I access the nodes through node management and change the IP addresses they keep reverting back to the original IP addresses.

is there an alert or an external script adjusting back based on some filters.
