My goal is automate node up/down alert tickets in our ITSM tool ServiceDesk Plus. There's is a Solarwinds Connector 3rd party intregration tool in ServiceDesk Plus but no matter what I do I can not authenticate to the Orion server (If you have any experience with this let me know).
I am a complete noob when it comes to API. I'm not sure where to start. I've downloaded SWQL studio on the Orion server which I've used to create modern dashboards. I have alerts created in Orion to send POST requests using JSON (with no working URL). Just need guidance to merry the two processes together.
Any guidance or advice or if you've successfully integrated SW with ServiceDesk Plus before I'm all ears.
