Monitor Prometheus metrics via SolarWinds

We would like to monitor Prometheus metrics via SolarWinds. These metrics contain the necessary information, which is available in our company's Grafana Dashboard. However, we cannot directly monitor from SolarWinds due to the lack of health endpoints for these services. What options are available to me. I am on version SAM: 2024.4.0 ?
