On my additional web servers there is a file on C:	emp\Toolset_BusinessLayerPlugin_tracelog.svclog  the keeps growing until my disk nearly gets full. I have been stopping services and deleting the file manually but thats getting old :)  all previous posts are pretty dated and the filesystem changed completely since then. Any idea where I can access the proper file that controls this log and turn it off?

Help would be appreciated!

Maybe check if you can see something on LogAdjuster if there's nothing in it then I am not sure.

I as well see that this is a known issue and this has been fixed in ETS 2025.1 but since you are using it on NPM / Observability (web toolset) maybe this is as well fixed on 2025.1 latest version as it would be a subset of the same. (Are you on 2024.X ?)
