VM - No Heartbeat

I have a number of Windows VM's hosted in VMWare that are being alerted as "VM - No heartbeat" although the agent is installed and reporting in as expected. What could be causing the no heartbeat alert?

I believe that correlates to VMware Tools being installed and running on the VM's. Not sure if the agent you checked is that or the SolarWinds agent.

Thanks for the response. These machines were just migrated from Hyper-V to VMWare so that could likely be the case!
