Good Morning! I've been asked to generate an alert that notifies our team whenever one of our physical servers is 90 days from having its Dell warranty expired. I've already created a custom property called "HardwareExpiration" and I've assigned a value to all of our physical servers which is the date they are expected to have their warranty expired. How can I have this custom property made into an Alert? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
