Hello there we have two Cisco 4221 routers on our estate to use as Out Of Band access.
The issue is that for ease of use we have created a CLI menu as these were installed and setup before we adopted SolarWinds and when the NCM backup and also our Cisco scripts are run we get a timeout fail.
I believe the issue is due to the menu as the connection test shows it logs in but is stuck on the CLI menu we do have a entry to cancel out and go to the router CLI itself which is the letter "E"
Has anyone here had the same issue is similar and can I set a device template to press the letter E when needed
