how to rest solarwinds local admin account password using solarwinds database manager

Hi all,

I am in a situation where i installed SW trial version on one server and has only one local admin account. now i forgot the password and cant login to console at all, please suggest if there is any way to reset the password from backend?

issue resolved after deleting account from database via database manager and then reran config wizard. it prompted me for new password configuration. thanks for your inputs.

If there was not a lot configuration made, then spinning up a new server and installing the eval might be the best approach.

If you were working with anyone from sales, reach out to them and see if a pre-sales engineer and help.
