HA pool not showing in Solarwinds console in 2024.4.1

We have facing a strange problem for which we are not able to get to any solution even after working with Solarwinds technical support from last couple of weeks. Issue is related to HA pool. We have multiple HA pools created in Solarwinds 2024.4.1 out of which 2 pools are not visible in Solarwinds console. Both the pools are visible in database pools table and other HA tables, yet not visible on Solarwinds console. We recreated the pool 4 times and provided diagnostics to Solarwinds , yet stuck in the same place.

Has anyone faced such issue post upgrading to 2024.4.1

Did you check the registry values on the servers?

And I was holding off on 2025.1 and sticking with 2024.4.1 because it should have best bug fixes. I'm going to be upgrading an Orion instance directly to Observability (On Prem Edition) this week!

Yes , registry and all things are as expected.Pools were rebuilt 4 times by deleting previous record with techsupport on call, still same issue.
