Combine 2 UnDP result in a Chart

Hi, I was create 2 UnDP Poller to get traffic firewall filter

1: jnxFWCounterDisplayFilterName ; OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.5.2.1.6

2: jnxFWCounterByteCount ; OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.5.2.1.5

Each any resule jnxFWCounterByteCountA will be map with jnxFWCounterDisplayFilterNameA and creata a Node Tabular Universal Device Poller like this

But I can't create a Chart with jnxFWCounterByteCount value mapping with their jnxFWCounterDisplayFilterName

If i choose chart with Select a Universal Device Poller jnxFWCounterDisplayFilterName it will data not available

If i choose chart with Select a Universal Device Poller jnxFWCounterByteCount it will show chart like that
