Solarwinds Network Configuration Monitor can support Forcepoint firewall and Huawei switches and routers or not. if not than any road map or tentative deadline to be support these vendors.
If you can access the devices CLI using SSH, then NCM should be able to support them. What you will likely need to do is create your own 'device template'.I note that there are already shared a few Huawei ones [https://thwack.solarwinds.com/search?q=Huawei&group=126] - try them and adapt as necessary. I couldn't see any Forcepoint ones though.
