URL in Custom Property stopped working?

We have a custom property to links to KB articles when an alert triggers. Looks like this stopped working after the last update? We are on NPM 2024.4.0. Is there a new way or a work around we can use to get it working again?

This used to show as a clickable link but now just shows it as text.

It should still work, something like that would never be removed. Where is the Custom Property being inserted? an email? or is it the message on the Active Alerts board?

If its failing in the email, ensure HTML format is selected. You can also try building out a new email from scratch and inserting your custom property again, hit the simulate button to see if the new email action works. Could be a bad email. Way back in the day we used to clear pub/sub and that would fix issues like the variables not populating - definitely worth doing.

Are you truly on 2024.4.0 ? there is a service release available which is highly recommended to be on i.e. 2024.4.1

Upon second look, please submit a technical support ticket for this issue. It's reproducible in other environments and not specific to your instance.
