I am trying to set up agents on a few remote linux servers as a test before doing it with more. In manage agents, its showing plug in error for the servers and when I click "view plug-ins" it says SCM Agent Plugin Installation Failed. Under that, in smaller letters, it says it failed a ping test after installation.
This has all been part of a bigger issue. I click "list resources" under any of the servers and it says "agent not responding", however, under manage agents and manage nodes, they both say its connected and working. On the server side, the agent seems to be running just fine and firewall rules are set to allow the correct ports.
Any help would be amazing. I've never really used SolarWinds and it's just been dumped on me so here I am.
