Custom report || active sessions count per monitored instances across DPA

Hi All-

As subjected, need help in creating a report to check active sessions count per monitored instances across DPA.

The reason i am doing this as we are facing issue with memory leak and causing outages.

Saw below in system requirements

These are estimates. They are based on testing done with an average of 2-3 active sessions per monitored instance. If you are monitoring busy instances with an average of more than 2-3 active sessions, please adjust accordingly

Note: Already have more than recommended specs for RAM and heap memory allocation

I know there is a table with metrics name but wasn't wise enough to look into it and was trying all hard in a roundabout manner.
