How do I turn these babies off? I've somehow managed to disable the "Down" alerts, as I now only get he "Up" alerts. I've been through Alert Manager and disabled anything referencing Application, I'm sure. Is it somewhere else?

Sounds like you disabled the email Action itself instead of turning off the alert, its unclear. Your image is most likely the "Reset Action" for the alert "alert me when an application goes down" or another one "alert me when an application goes into warning or critical state" both have a reset email that look this way.
If its not these two, this is definitely an application alert. And is almost certainly a Reset Action (as opposed to trigger action). So you can filter to Application alerts in the alert manager and check each one for their reset action(s).
ahhhhh, "Alert me when an application goes into warning or critical state" I had previously cleared the email from trigger, but not recovery. So I think it's that one. Thank you!
