Routing Neighbours missing

Hi all,

NPM: 2024.2.0

Relatively new to SolarWinds platform here so please excuse my ignorance.

Under the List Resources Routing is selected, however, the Routing Neighbours isn't on any of the devices we manage. 

Any idea why that is?
