Hi,
I have been using Solar Winds SFTP/SCP server for upgrading our network infrastructure for a couple of years now and it always worked perfectly until now.
I have tried copying the .bin and .tar files from the Windows server running the Solar Winds SFTP/SCP application but I always get the following error.

I have googled but found nothing and have also been in touch with Solar Winds support but we have exhausted all ideas and came to a dead end.
Worth mentioning:
- I have restarted all services associated with Solar Winds SFTP/SCP server and have also restarted the virtual machine running the service
- I have reinstalled the Solar Winds SFTP/SCP server several times
- I have upgraded Solar Winds software to the latest version
- checked that the SFTP or TFTP servers are running
- both endpoints are reachable and no firewall is preventing communication between them
- user credentials are fine, have tried different users with the same outcome every time. I have also tested the same credentials in WindowsSCP and it is working
- I have also used a different Linux server running a TFTP server and it is working
- this only occurs on Cisco Catalyst 2960-x series switches, while on others for example the newer Cisco Catalyst 9500-X works normally
- the SFTP/SCP server is running on a Windows Server 2019 virtual machine (Version 1809 OS Build 17763.6775)
I have also tried using TFTP from the Windows virtual machine but I get a different error. As you can see from the screenshot below, the transfers starts but then the packets start coming out of order. I have stopped the TFTP server to prevent any potential issues so it times out then. If left it would still time out.

Looking the same transfer from the other side, that is from the SFTP/SCP servers side it looks like this, it gets interrupted by the client and then the session gets terminated.

Did anyone had any similar issues and how did he solve it?
Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
