I haven't, but it will be the same process as creating any other custom poller.

Pick you technology (Node details / CPU / etc
Select a node to test against
Name, etc the poller

if you have SAM, you can monitor them using SAM and creating a template for application and then selecting windows service monitor to monitor Milestone, adding to the Net Service Name: the service of Milestone. You can create a template using SAM, monitoring the Milestone service. Also this link its helpful for all the OID for Milestone (pollers) MILESTONESYS-RECORDER-MIB: View SNMP OID List / Download MIB VENDOR: MILESTONE SYSTEMS

For the Application Monitor use Component type: Windows Service Monitoring to monitoring the Milestone Service. Once the template is created apply that template to your servers (SAM)

You can monitoring those servers as Agent or Agentless

Once selected the Component type Windows Service Monitoring, in the space available for Net Service Name, you need to add the Milestone Service you want to monitor

its very strait forward, if you already have Milestone installed on that server, the services should be running, the template will run (if agent as Agent-iniciated or Server iniciated communication, Remember to open the port for Agent, refer to SolarWinds system requirement documentation.solarwinds.com/.../core-agent-requirements-sw476.htm
