I have new staff to train on our SW platform. I wanted them to first go through the training offerd by SolarWinds but it has changed since I did it. What would be a good staring point for SAM/NPM. Thanks
If your new staff has access to your SolarWinds Customer Portal (even as a basic user), then there is a section for Education and Training that will get them access to all of the free training available. There is also live instructor lead classes they can sign up for that allow for more interaction. This is all included for customers under active maintenance.
