Database Manager Permissions

When I right click on the instance, I'm unable to view the Details of the Database connection even with Admin privilege at the SW app level.

I'm assuming our DBA has to add me in SQL SSMS in SQL Security, but I'd like to know what granular privileges are needed to avoid asking "Hey bro, gimme dbo".

Any insight on this? Sysadmin privs?

So yes, you need the account you log in to the DB app with to have high enough privileges to view the DB.
