Switch Port utilization for a Switch

Dear Thwack Community,

I am looking for a solution that can help me for the capacity management of the switches.

My Requirement -

I have 100+ Locations, each location has certain number of switches, I would like to know the total Physical Port count, User Port count, Free Port count with an option to see the average utilization of a switch over a week/Monthly and 3 Months.

I am able to pull currently the total physical port, used and percent utilized but it only gives me the real time value but not the historical. Anyone has any better solution which I can use.

You should invest in User Device Tracker.

If you have NCM and backup all your switches with it then you can do it via that module.

We do that, but what we haven't tried is to incorporate average or any utilisation in the same report **

** though thinking about it, it would be easy enough to "Add a Section" and do utilisation through that.
