Hello I have set up a Poller for a CISCO Catalyst 8300 to show Peak Sip calls. Issue is, this is a back up incase our main SIP gateway goes down, so no SIP calls have gone through.
My problem is that when I test the OID against the device it polles successfully, however looking at our Database the CustomePollerStatistics does not have have any data relating to the poller I set up.
Is this because there have been no SIP calls on the device so it wouldn't update the Statistics table? Thank you for any help!
