I need to generate availability report for a bank:
Now, daily availability report say for branch connectivity is easily gotten from the report writer: By filtering availability average between 8 am and 5 pm ( see history for the last 9 hours, and report is scheduled at 5 PM).
What I need now is aggregated report for availability of the branches weekly, monthly and annually ( considering the working hours is 8-5). Report shouldn't be for outside the working hours.
