Does anyone monitoring cradlepoint devices using solawinds NPM OR SAM. Need to know the exact approach how the cradlepoint devices being monitored since they support API.
Yes and No.
1. Check if Cradlepoint devices support SNMP or SNMP Traps - if that is possible you can monitor it to certain extent through NPM - not everything but you can still do it to an extent. Either SNMP poll or SNMP Trap (NPM can consume traps from these boxes if these devices can send them to SolarWinds NPM).

2. I dont believe SolarWinds supports Cradlepoint API yet (get this validated again - I am not sure if latest version does support it)

I Have gone through the conversations, but Having the doubt since these devices doesn't hold the private IP for NPM and looking if we can onboard them thorough SAM API

I have some Cradle Point devices monitored via SNMP with static non Public IP's. I could never get the API's to work period. hard to believe this product has been around for a while now and does not get any attention here.
