Removing a node from Solarwinds using REST API

Hey,

We have an automation created with VRA (vrealize automation) that deletes a vm, In the automation process we want to add a step to remove the corresponding node from solarwinds via REST API.

We already have the create vm + add node to solarwinds working.

I wasn't able to find the proper command in the solarwinds github page for the REST API

You will need to get the node Uri from nodes table by passing up and do a delete on that uri

Getting the node uri is not the issue, the delete command is.

through python and powershell , have tried removing using swis.delete / Remove-SwisObject but in API i couldnt find a verb to removenode under Orion.Nodes table

- Remove-SwisObject is the pwsh verb

- https://solarwinds.github.io/OrionSDK/swagger-ui/#/CRUD/Delete is the API way. You can remove anything having an Uri (volume, interface, node, agent, app template, etc)
