PollingAssignment not working

hello ,

i am trying to post  request to change node detail to poller i have created 

https://x.x.x.x:17774/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json/Invoke/Orion.TechnologyPollingAssignments/EnableAssignmentsOnNetObjects

and it not working .

i have other api request that working well with orion npm and ipam.

what can be the reason for that .
