12.3 with Hotfix installer recompile?

Would it be too much to ask to reissue a 12.3 release with the hotfix compiled to the installer? it's been over a year now and one would think this would be a no brainer.

The latest release of Dameware 12.3 on your webpage that requires a hotfix after install... The Hotfix should be incorporated into the install to make the installations cleaner.
