I was wondering if anyone had experienced a situation similar to ours.
We are running 2024.4.0 (though this had been occurring with 2024.1.1 and potentially earlier). We have been getting intermittent "NullReferenceException" errors for APS.NET on the Windows Event Log of our MPE and AWS. Each time, it is accompanied by the IIS worker process crashing and restarting.
We have been unable to match specific pages, reports, etc to the error based on the timings in the IIS & Solarwinds logs. So, we cannot replicate.
We have a case open with support, however, I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing anything similar and might have some insight?
