Hello. On some of our devices like Cisco and Juniper routers & switches, the "Service tag" field in the node details page populates with the serial number of the device. This allows our ServiceNow integration to pick this up for our CMDB Inventory. But for one specific type of device, Silverpeak Edgeconnect routers, the "Service Tag" field does not populate and stays blank! I am wondering, can I just add that in manually and fix it that way? I know it will be a little bit of tedious manual work, but we do not have a gigantic environment that would be too difficult.. under 100 routers.
