External Web access (through load balancer or public URL) to Solarwinds web console

Question

I have setup an additional web server and through it the web console works fine.

On top of AWS, I am trying to setup load balancer with WAF, but when I access the URL through LB IP or hostname, some part of the web page does not work like menu bar does not show up. After logging in, webpage continuously give pop up of authorization failure on the subsequent pages.

I found similar discussion on below thwack post but last query is still open.

Through LB I have allowed port 443 and issue seems likely to be due to WAF. Anyone else faced similar issue or has suggestions to resolve it.

It is AVI load balancer. When I further checked with LB and security teams, it looks like WAF is blocking queries due to SQL injection, so any other setting other than 443 port required to be taken care at LB or WAF.

Which brand of load balancer are you using?  I don't remember exactly the names of the settings I had to use but I've had this problem in the past and had to make the user sessions sticky to the balancer they initially connect to
