Meraki dashboard monitoring showing incorrect response time

Since upgrading to 2024.4.0 the Meraki side of monitoring has gone crazy. NPM is reporting Meraki dashboard response time is over 1200ms and marking nodes warning/down. Running a continuous ping from the Orion server itself shows a very consistent 43ms yet Orion reporting over 1200ms consistently. I raised a case with support but only got the old adjust the thresholds answer. Anyone else seeing this?

No mention of it affecting others. I feel like it is indeed a bug in the latest update. Hopefully we find out soon.

I haven't seen this thread earlier, but we are facing the same, with response time going over 35000ms at times.

What I found was that if I move the Orchestrator node to another polling engine that does not have other Meraki devices, then the Orchestrator node response time is in 100-200ms range. We have 1500+ appliances / switches / APs, so it appears all API queries are using the same queue and the Orchestrator response time is not using ICMP, but API call, and it gets far in the queue resulting in long response time.

Have you opened a ticket with support - that would be the quickest way to identify if it is a bug as they can engage engineering.
