SQL APPINSIGHT - "Top active sessions" component

Hi 

The component "Top active sessions" is in critical state (See inage below - last line). 

I tried to investigate the cause of the critical status by drilling down into the data, but I didn’t find any issues at the SQL instance level or within the databases.

I checked the 'active sessions' monitor, and it appears to be functioning normally. Therefore, I suspect that this is not the reason for the critical status in the 'Top Active Sessions' (see the second image below).

So, Can you help me with how to deal with this component?
