I have been trying to set up a Cisco 9800L WLC in Cattools, but so far I have not been able to get it to work. I have tried a few different settings with no success. Anyone have the secret?

please reach out to support team if you were not successful with this specific Cisco device.
In case we would not have the device in lab - allowing one device over internet for our debugging, that is the best way how to troubleshoot the issue.
