Disabling Alerts during a known down times. But not getting alerts after window as passed.

Configuring alerts for applications on servers and the time when the servers reboots to suppress the alarm. This works fine. 

But during testing. I disable a service during this window but after the window passes never get a email alert for the down service. 

Is there a way to have this retrigger so alerts for down services passed the time block would then send the email?
