Currently trying to manage some Linux Ubuntu nodes which sit in our DMZ in solarwinds and have set up a admin account with sudo privileges too to allow the nodes to be managed (the admin credentials work for other servers on other domains).
We've double checked that the credentials should work properly and have checked the network traffic and nothing is being blocked by the network too. No firewalls are blocking anything too and there are already rules in place which allow solarwinds to speak to the DMZ.
The specific error is 'failed to validate credentials for deployment. The network path was not found'. I've tried googling this too and we've tried the advice given from the searches and still had no joy.
If anyone knows anything else I could try please do let me know otherwise I'm going to have no hair left!
