Integration of SolarWinds NMP Inventory with BMC Helix CMDB - Error 405

We are integrating SolarWinds NPM onboarded inventory with Helix CMDB, and we are capturing the received HTTPS code (in one of the custom form’s fields name “Caption”), which shows that its throwing 405. Refer below snapshot and looking to get the data from SolarWinds system in Json format. Need support to get resolve it or this integration.

try using Port 17774 instead of Port 17778

So what exactly is the issue? Is this your first attempt at integration with BMC Helix? Or do you have a standard procedure already setup for this and the particular 405 alert isn't going through to BMC Helix?

What is exactly issue :: BMC Helix Team not able to consume SolarWinds API and need assistance.

Do you have standard procedure :: We are following standard API integration process, no specific to SolarWinds (please share if specific detail/document need to follow).

:: We are getting http 405 , when we are consuming REST APIs - we are receiving HTTP 405 instead of HTTP 200.

Try using POST instead of GET.
