We have an inventory report that every month is saved as an excel file on a share drive..... BUT.... this month it has decided not to save the file.
If you run the schedule manually is says "success", but there is no file....
If you check the PDF, CSV and Excel file buttons, only an html file with a error is created....
Permissions are verified (and pushed again), excel export is verified..... I cant figure this one out :-)
Is there a directory where temp files are created that Im missing?...
Logs say:
Access is denied. Description: An error occurred while accessing the resources required to serve this request. The server may not be configured for access to the requested URL. Error message 401.2.: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration. Verify that you have permission to view this directory or page based on the credentials you supplied and the authentication methods enabled on the Web server. "while accessing the resources required" anyone know what resources these may be?
any help is appreciated
