Self-Hosted SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability (HCO)

Is there a feature similar to SaaS, Platform Connect in the HCO? I am working solely with HCO not both.

Also, according to the fundamentals, for customer success, there are four (4) HCO Exams and four (4) classes to take towards certification. Can anyone provide an outline on resources and preparation to take the test?
