Trigger condition using current hour?

I am trying to create an alert that would show very low traffic in an interface during business hours. Overnight and weekends this interface would have very low traffic, so defining the time of day when low traffic should not occur is what I want to grab.

I would recommend to go for swql query and fetch the bps and alert as per utilisation, but need to identify the logic how to build the logic for peak and off peak hours in a day

I've never done a SWQL query, but I can learn that. How do I point to the query from the Alert creation pages?

I installed the SWQL program on my SolarWinds server and started poking around. I see that system.DateTime seems to be the holder of Date and Time info. I tried a simple SELECT ALL query and each time I try the ALL it errors with "No alternative in Select clause". If the program offers me the ALL, why does it not like it?
