Dear community,
I have a question regarding of edit Subnets & IPs. It's just simple - since two days I am not able to add a subnet or subfolder for subnets.
Somebody has an idea what I can do? For myself I have full admin rights.
Kind regards!
Did you use to have a custom role in IPAM and then switched it to Admin? If so sometimes that sticks try creating a test account with same permissions and see if it works if so then thats likely your problem.
This article talks about it.

Look in the top right hand corner to see as whom you are logged into solarwinds as. Maybe you got added to a group that doesn't have IPAM rights.
The user account you’re using to make edits might not have sufficient privileges to modify subnets or IP addresses. SolarWinds allows fine-grained control over user permissions, so it’s important to ensure that the correct permissions are in place.
I found that sometimes using a solid proxy service helps manage IP changes more smoothly, especially when working with complex subnet edits. There’s this platform called infatica.io that offers enterprise-level proxy tools and custom support, which made handling my network tasks way easier and less stressful.
