Change field in Nodes with Problem's section of Network Summary Home page

Bear with me... I am still learning what Orion 8.5 can and can't do.....

I want to know if it is possible to change existing fields or add a field (department) in the "Nodes with Problem's" section of the Network Summary Home page?

no problem- you can do this through the Custom Property Editor-

Thanks for the link but that was how I created the Custom Property.

What I want is to be able to replace either the Current Response Time or Percent Loss fields/data on the Network Summary Page to show the Department. This is more useful to our HelpDesk to see who is affected by the downed device.

For example:

Current Response Time Percent Loss
sw90Power Node status is Up 'FastEthernet0/5 - User Port' is Down. 1 ms 0 %

Current Response Time Department
sw90Power Node status is Up 'FastEthernet0/5 - User Port' is Down. 1 ms Power Plant

You can copy the 02-ProblemNodes.Resource file to a new resource file and then edit the following lines:

<td class="ReportHeader" vAlign="bottom"&gtPERCENT<br>LOSS</td>

<td class="ReportHeader" vAlign="bottom">Department</td>

and change this

<td class="Property"><a href="")%>&Period=Today"">thwack.solarwinds.com/.../CustomChart.asp target="_blank"><%=SQLResource.GetProperty("PercentLoss")%></a> </td>

<td class="Property"><%=SQLResource.GetProperty("Department")%> </td>

In the second modification, change "Department" to whatever the custom property you defined.
