ortinet Backup Issue After Upgrade to Version 7.0.14

Since upgrading the Fortinet devices to version 7.0.14, we have been unable to perform configuration backups. We have raised a case(01732593) with support and made changes in the advanced configuration, including adding the buddy drop. However, the test still fails with the error: "Test Failed. Connection Refused by 10.xx.xx.x".

We are using SolarWinds Platform, Hybrid Cloud Observability Advanced Enterprise Scale, version 2024.2.0.

So...

You are running the buddy drop
You've followed ALL the advice HERE.
You've confirmed the template being used has the two lines of code in them
AND you've ensured that the Fortinet is configured for at least one of the ciphers?

Then that does sound odd. Because it is precisely the scenario we had and following the above steps fixed it for us.
