I would like to do the following regarding NCM Compliance Reports. Any help is appreciated.
1. Create an alert in NPM when a compliance violation occurs in a report.
2. Edit the following in the NCM job output that is emailed out with the report. It would be nice to include some basic instructions like "Please see attached report." This email would go into ServiceNow to create a ticket, but there's no way to tell the ServiceNow user that there is even an attachment. The following shows up in the detailed description in the ticket and in the body of the email.
