Configuration wizard not running

I keep getting this error when i run config wiz on APE, i checked the connection between Poller and Database there is no issue

Have you checked the configuration wizard log?

You should definitely check the ConfigurationWizard.log usually located at "C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.log" for any error messages
