Hello, I disabled Windows Defender and installed the Kiwi syslog server in virtual machine software. I set up the syslog trap informational messages on three switches that are Cisco 9300 models. We are getting alerts in the dashboard after completing all the setup, however we are unable to click on the alerts to view the specific alerts or even recognize the alerts. I set up rules for each of the three switches independently based on filters, actions, and log files for the backup process, but they aren't creating backup logs automatically when we click the edit button on the action. Please advise on how to automatically retrieve the backup log for each day of the week.
