Disabling and Removing old insecure cryptography protocols?

I need to ensure that the security policy hardening process does not disrupt any SolarWinds functionality. I want to confirm whether SolarWinds servers running on Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 can safely function without the following outdated and insecure items, which can be disabled.

Protocols:

1. SSL 2.0 & 3.0
2. TLS 1.0 & 1.1

Ciphers:

1. RC4 40/128
2. RC4 56/128
3. RC4 64/128
4. RC4 128/128
5. RC2 40/128
6. RC2 56/128
7. RC2 128/128
8. DES 56/56
9. Triple DES 168

Disabling:

1. SMBv1 & v2
2. WDigest credential cache.
3. Link-Local Multicast Name Resolution (LLMNR)
