WPM url transactions failing or slow authenticating on Microsoft based auth pages

I have seen transactions failing or performing really slow on transactions that are hosted on MS Power platform, or that have any kind of Microsoft authentication step in the transactions, i have tried adding long waits before and after the authentication pages but still the transaction alerts. Has anybody else experienced this?

Well, one explanation would be to assume that for some reason you will not connect to the nearest Data Center that hosts the MS Power app but instead, you've been redirected to another Data Center - which might impact the network communication causing the web app load significantly longer. This can't be verified with some net path analysis but at least this provides some explanation to the case. Ofcore this might not be the only root cause of your issue.

Another would be too many simultaneous playbacks on WPM Player which eat too much CPU/RAM causing the slowness of playbacks - this can be verified by reducing the number of transactions on such location to see if the issue with the MS Power platform reoccurs.

Alternatively, do you need to monitor the status of a specific MS Power platform app? Isn't the health status of the MS Power Platform enough? Perhaps all you need to do is to monitor such page https://status.cloud.microsoft/ or some other page with more detailed health status. Or maybe there is some API (try this one) that can be monitored with some simple script or SAM HTTP Monitor instead?
