Monitoring mySQL application

We are trying to monitor mySQL version 5.5. We have installed ODBC driver 3.51.2 on the Orion NPM/APM server.

When applying the mySQL application monitor to the mySQL node we get the following error:

Testing on node SERVER: failed with 'NotAvailable' status

Data source name not found and no default driver specified

 Any suggestions.

add the database user and password. Not the admin or the root user.
