Looking to configure monitoring for when someone modifies resources one nodes. Say like add or remove a resource listed form a node. Someone inadvertently remove all disks, memory and CPU recourses from a node. There was an issue that node and no alert notifications had been sent on the node. We are looking to get notifications when a resource is added or removed.
